Subject: INVESTOR ABUSE

It has come to our attention that “Pipboy’s Alert Boards” has sent out a mass mailing to PGI shareholders with the sole intent to artificially create a panic sale on PGIE stock. This action is purely to manipulate the market and drive the price of the stock down, it’s illegal and will not be condoned by the company. PGI will take aggressive and swift action to stop this illegal behavior.
