Delaware IT Staff Augmentation Contract

By engaging as a subcontractor to Computer Aid Inc., Versalign, as stated in the 2010 annual report, has opened the door to attaining government contracts in other states where Computer Aid Inc. is active. These states would include New Jersey and Pennsylvania where they have been awarded more than $90,000,000 total in state contracts since 2009.

By partnering with a national IT vendor for the Delaware staff augmentation contract, Versalign has opened the door to provide contracting services in other states that this vendor is active, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Versalign is also starting to see a rebound in private sector spending for information technology services. Versalign is forecasting a 15% to 20% increase in revenue for the period ending June 30, 2011 versus Q2-2010. Management is optimistic that this trend will continue for the balance of 2011.
