so you think Vice Premier Li Kejiang, who is the expert on economics and new energy in the politburo and the named successor of aging Premier Wen Jiabao, took this guy on his recent Europe trip and didnt know he's just the CEO of a tiny obscure and fraudulent company?

I rather think this project which is China's first major step in the low-carbon eco engineering trend that Li champions, will be a test to Li's ascent to power and he will personally see to its success. Anyone else sees it that way too?
