MDGC - never a good sign when a company receives a cease and desist order because they are fraudulently using another company's name on their website.

MDGC listed Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation as a partner on the MDGC website. When Ubiquity Broadcasting Corp was questioned by a diligent investors about the partnership Ubiquity Broadcasting Corp denied any association with MediaG3 (MDGC) and had their legal counsel draw up this cease and desist letter which was served to MDGC management demanding the removal of their name from the MDGC website:

MDGC subsequently removed Ubiquity Broadcasting Corporation from their website.

That is definitely not a good sign that the CEO of MDGC is willing to publish false information on the MDGC website. This should make investors just that much more skeptical about any and all other information shared by the CEO of that company. From what I have been reading on the MDGC forum this is far from the only thing that diligent investors have proven to be false and/or misleading about MDGC.
