You can verify this with the table from the SEC pre-14C filing about the insiders buying 475 million shares with the merger deal that gives WorldWide Beverage 49% ownership of DKAM!

The Kleinert buys and the CABO buys all are new buys and injected working capital into DKAM. And now WorldWide beverage will buy another 375 million shares!

BACKGROUND*
Jack Kleinert has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Velocity Portfolio Group, Inc. (formerly Velocity Asset Management Inc., which is formerly, Tele Optics Inc.) since 2004. Mr. Kleinert is a co-founder of Velocity Portfolio Group, Inc. in 2003. Since 1995, Mr. Kleinert served as Chief Financial Officer of a high technology firm specializing in thermal management. Mr. Kleinert served as a Partner of Goldman Sachs & Co., the global investment banking firm. ... From 1982 to 1997, he worked in various capacities at Goldman Sachs & Co. in New York. Since retiring from Goldman Sachs, Mr. Kleinert has invested for his own account and pursued several business ventures. In 1982, Mr. Kleinert was hired by Goldman Sachs in New York and from 1982 to 1990 he traded various municipal products and was appointed head of the Municipal Trading Desk in 1991. In 1994, he was elected a General Partner of the Goldman Sachs & Co. and served in that capacity until 1997, when he retired and became a limited partner until 1997. Prior to founding VPG, Mr. Kleinert ran his own private investment group, JCK Investments. Mr. Kleinert has over 18 years experience in the financial industry. Mr. Kleinert serves as the Chairman of the Board of Velocity Portfolio Group, Inc. and has been its Director since 2004. He has been a Director of Drinks Americas Holdings, Ltd. since April 2010. He serves as a Director of Infinity Medical Group, Inc. (affiliated company Iceberg Corp. of America). Mr. Kleinert served as a Director of Andes Gold Corp. (also called as Princeton Consulting and Services Corp. and Whitewing Environmental Corp.) from 2003 to November 8, 2004. Mr. Kleinert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University in 1981.
