"Our partnership with Sunlogics really has two components. First of all, GM Ventures made a 7 1/2 million dollar investment in Sunlogics to provide the company with working capital, to grow their business, and to pursue specific initiatives with us. The second part of it is that we signed three separate commercial agreements with Sunlogics. These agreements cover the installation of solar canopies like the one behind me at dealerships. A separate agreement covers the installation of solar canopies at various GM facilities. And finally we signed a power purchase agreement with them that covers the installation of solar arrays- large scale solar arrays at our plants, including purchasing the power that is generated by them."
