Bio-Solutions (BISU)- The Quiz

You are a long-term holder of sleepy penny stock self-described "biotechnology" company Bio-Solutions (BISU) , which typically trades nil, hundreds or thousands of shares in a normal day.

All of a sudden, out of the blue, you get a brand new PR touting entry into a $45 billion market, conveniently picked up by many of the usual momo players within seconds of its publication, or indeed spookily enough even before its release:

And sure enough, with this one illiterate PR from the company, there are dozens if not hundreds of apparently spontaneous predictions and baseless exhortations that BISU is going to be “the next BIG thing!!” from well-known momo players all over <ahem> the Internet.

Do you:

A) Think every time the momo players push a Canadian-based company that has nevertheless sought a US OTC listing the pps shoots up but inevitably comes down, and indeed the mere presence of such a momo push in the absence of any fundamentals is a huge red flag, thank your lucky stars that you understand that this is the pump stage of a clear pump and dump, and sell into the pump, lick your wounds and look for a proper investment

B) Recognise that the day-traders are here, and that even though they will be communicating off the radar on critical timing issues, are quite likely conducting a large number of wash trades that are not visible to you or any honest trader, and will dump in a heartbeat when you’re not looking, nevertheless believe that since you have both an exquisite sense of timing and more than your fair share of luck you will try this day-trading mallarkey and see how you get on,

or

C) Believe that the presence of all these highly optimistic enthusiastic day traders validates your original choice of BISU as a long-term buy-and-hold “investment” and back up the truck to buy some more at these new recent highs, tuck the share certificates under your mattress (because everyone knows you need the stock certificates in physical form to stop these evil nasty wicked naked shorts from manipulating the pps) and go to sleep sound in the knowledge that dozens of momo players who claim to be buying hand-over-fist can’t be wrong and would never ever mislead you?

The real question:

Which particular penny stock scam promotion outfit is behind this sudden burst of enthusiasm for this US OTC-quoted Canadian stock associated with a gang of Canadian gangsters who run many scams like this?

A dollar to a cent that it's IAB Media, owned and controlled as it is by Jean François Amyot, who in turn controls and commands Maximilien Arella, Scientific Advisory Board member of BISU and fellow Director with Amyot in associated biopharma scam SPPH.

Still, it's always instructive to watch a scam in the pump phase, and to study the parties involved on other Internet sites. And the dump phase (later this week, possibly even this afternoon, I predict) will be even more fascinating.
