Is it confirmed that Ricochet Trading took over UIBT?

check this out from HRID filing

From June 1st disclosure statement

"4. The issuer has not been in bankruptcy. However, due to inactivity, lack of public
information and the State of Nevada revoked its charter, the Nevada Business Court
awarded custody of the company to Ricochet Trading, Inc.; the current president of
Hybrid Fuels is the majority shareholder of Ricochet Trading."

Warren Wheeler is listed as the president for HRID but Pamela Alexander is listed as the president for UIBT. Maybe Ricochet tried a couple of options to take over a shell and got HRID instead?

not sure but why would a company take over two shells?
