Actually it went this way in the case that was reported to me in detail.

Eric Noveshen at Envision Capital contacted the funded company on NIR's behalf. Daryl Dworkin confirmed that Noveshen spoke on behalf of NIR. Noveshen had the check for the BS promo work made out directly to Medgen. Medgen then split the take between the 3 and never were heard from again. Kravitz was right in the middle of the whole scam. Dworkin said future funding depended on using Medgen as a PR firm. Noveshen spoke for NIR and showed up with Kravitz to get the check.
