ACDP investors, drop by the PPTL board and see just how well your CEO and President treat their shareholders. It should be a rather illuminating experience. Granted PPTL and ACDP are different companies, but both are in the same space, ran by the same Management Team, even the websites look the same (before PPTL was taken down).

Read the posts about Bruce Thomson and Edwin Mah. Even if you don’t believe what they have done is fraudulent, it can’t make you feel good about who is at your helm. They stuck a lot of people for a lot of money at PPTL and delivered nothing. Make your own decisions, but do so with your eyes open.
