Obama Administration telling banks U.S. won't default, Fox Business says

Obama Administration officials have been telling top executives at major U.S. banks that the administration won't allow
the U.S. to default, even if Congress doesn't raise the debt ceiling by August 2, Fox Business News' Charlie Gasparino reported.
