IAB (ItsAllBull) Media Inc. is a penny stock promotion outfit owned by notorious stock manipulator Jean François Amyot. This Board is dedicated to researching and investigating companies that can be connected to IAB Media and its affiliated companies. This MB is a place to post and share research and to organize some useful lists of companies which can be connected to this criminal enterprise including such useful information as the IR firm, shareholder, shell hijackers, attorneys who issue opinion letters that are clearly bought and paid for, and so on.

As a starter, here's a list of quoted companies on the US OTC, Pink Sheets or Canadian bourses which can be directly or indirectly linked to IAB Media and Monsieur Amyot or some of his known associates. They all have in common vociferous adherents but a track record entirely consistent with a deliberate pump and dump business model:

Bio-Solutions Corp - BISU
DPollution International Inc. - RMGX
Energy 1 Corporation - EGOC
Horizon Health International Corp - HZHI
ProtoKinetix, Inc - PKTX
Spencer Pharmaceutical - SPPH
Excel Gold Mining - EGM.V
Neuro-Biotech Corp. - (MRES)

Hail First Pharma is a Canadian company owned and controlled by Amyot, listed but never quoted on the Frankfurt XETRA exchange.

There are probably literally dozens of others - if you know of some, please add them.

Here are some companies directly controlled by Monsieur Amyot and used to orchestrate the pumps and dumps, and to act as repositories for the proceeds from his "enterprises":

Hilbroy Advisory
TOYMA (geddit?)Capital Inc
Finkelstein Capital Inc
Pennystockryder.com
Hypergrqwthstock.com
Stockpicksthatmove.net
Simonsaysstocks.net
Pennystocksociety.net
Pennystockparty.net

Next step might be to list the names of all of those who have collaborated with Jean François Amyot, such as Rocc DiFruscia, Ian and Peter Morrice, Raymond T Brown, Maximilien Arella.

Here might be a good place to start with all those names:
