bringing the Queen out too early, and paying the price
most chess players know not to bring out the Queen too early......focus on developing your minor pieces, not some weird violation of chess principles....it looked to me like this person had a pet "trick opening", that put early pressure on the king side....maybe OK for blitz games, but questionable in a turn-based game....I found a work-around: don't castle!!!!
(also of interest is how I placed my Queen in an unusual very immobile spot, and that the strategy paid off....I do admit, my opponent had me thinking hard in this novel game)
