The difference between the OTC & big board exchanges.

The OTC is the wild west. Individual criminals opperate and move to the next town when done. Venture capitalists with town fathers, saloon owners, card shark gamblers, and greedy merchants.

The Big Boards are citified, criminals are orginized and don't leave when done. They include officials to help with future planned crimes. Hedge Fund managers with law makers, real estate moguls, business community and the investment community.

Laws are broken on the OTC and reinterpreted on the big boards. Price manipulation is used on the OTC and confidence games on the big board.

Both have their darkside. Learn their techniques. And follow their lead. You will never change the rules, all you can do, is not fall victim to their actions.
