TRDY - I haven't ever researched TRDY before. I have noticed the stock getting pumped frequently between November of 2010 through about May of 2011, but for whatever reason it never caught my interest at the proper times.

I know that signs of dilution were already very clear during that last few weeks of 2010 by reading the last available 10Qs for the periods ending September 30, 2010 and December 31, 2010.

On December 2, 2010 there were 700,862,912 outstanding shares
On December 31, 2010 there were 1,500,862,912 outstanding shares
On February 18, 2011 there were 1,650,862,912 outstanding shares

That's a huge amount of dilution in a short period of time.

What happened to the share price during that same period of time? It plummeted.

On December 2, 2010 the stock his a high of $.022/share
On December 31, 2010 the stock closed at $.0078/share
On February 18, 2011 the stock closed at $.0049/share

That's what happens when that kind of disgusting dilution takes place.

The company stopped doing any filings since that 10Q for the period ending December 31, 2010.

To me it looks like the big promotion done on the stock between November 8 and December 2 of 2010 that drove the price of the stock up to over $.02/share may have been orchestrated by insiders of that company to facilitate share selling and dilution.

I find it very alarming that TRDY has a gagged TA and has stopped doing filings with the SEC since March despite their previous standing as being a fully reporting company that was required to give disclosure to its shareholders. The only reason a company would decide to stop reporting information to its shareholders like that is if they are trying to hide something bad.

With 29,800,000,000 authorized shares there is no telling how much more dilution has taken place since February 18, 2011. The stock has continued to tumble down to $.0008/share. It looks like for the most part investors just wised up and got far away from that disgusting stock because the volume has dried up a lot over the past few weeks.

I would say based on its trading history, if the company ever tries to run another promotion on the stock you can bet that the promotion will be followed at some point with some major dilution.
