$5.88 worth of shares sold by MM near the close on Friday. Someone really wants you to sell. This stock is going to run hard on news.
Why a chapter 11 and not a chapter 7? They are going to restructure and emerge from BK? Keep shares in tact? Use shares for NOLs? Lots of questions, but I am holding for more than a couple of pennies. Insiders hold 33%, maybe more. No "Q" on this, and I find that interesting. Is that just an oversight? Anyways, I don't have any answers. I have been holding for months. I liked the action 2 weeks ago. This was pushed up 270% on low-buying volume. I believe someone said there is a gap up to .05. GLTA.
