That could be true, but what is unknown is how many shares have been issued in the nearly 3 months since 4/30/11. Since IJJP is trying to raise $5 to $10 million there could be millions of new free trading shares issued to Boost/BAC. Clifford Pope left the A/S at $3 billion when he did the 1/1000 R/S. Dilution seems to be the intention.
I called the TA today to get the current share structure and they refused to release it. When the most recent financial statements were issued in June, Pope only updated the share structure numbers as of 4/30/11, which were the same numbers as of the 3/18/11. That and the fact that the TA is gagged leads me to believe that a large number of shares were issued after 4/30/11 that are looking to be sold. Boost/BAC likely wanted yesterday's PR to stir up some volume so they could sell. They also may have done some buying in the last 3 days to try to get it moving.
Companies that gag their TAs are always suspect for dilution. I also distrust the fact that IJJP doesn't publicly admit that they use Boost Marketing. The disclosure statement doesn't even say what they do or sell. IJJP is definitely not transparent.
