Does anyone really think that this company for the science alone is worth anything less than $250 million? Dew, I know you don't…

I think an enterprise value of $25-30M is about right for a company such as FCSC that has some proprietary technology, but little if any chance of using it to turn a profit.

Based on your figure of $8M in net debt, the stock’s market cap is $8M less than its enterprise value, and hence an enterprise value of $25-30M translates into a market cap of $17-22M. Based on 107M diluted shares (your figure), a $17-22M market cap implies a share price of $0.16-0.22. I would not be surprised to see the stock trading in this range a year from now.
