AVOP - is just another company with Christopher Davies as their legal counsel that is currently engaged in a stock manipulation scheme.

The company never accomplished anything they put in the press releases in the past. The press releases were just to try to gain investor interest while the company's only real operation (printing shares) was being executed. The dilution by the company drove that stock down to $.0001/share. Then on July 12th the company executed a tiny 1.03 for 1 forward split so they could lock up all the shareholders while they put their stock manipulation scheme into play.

Immediately following the insignificant forward split the company tried to gain interest by having somebody shoot the stock price up to $.55/share on a tiny buy and by putting out a press release about some LOI that will never end up happening.

That forward split didn't garner the interest that MGRN recently did so I think some people decided based on MGRN's success that they would try to pump AVOP and play that stock for some profits. The company will dump on the newbies buying that stock though and there will end up being a lot of losers there.

In the meantime the company is doing their part to try to keep their shareholders locked up as long as possible like what recently happened with another Christopher Davies connected company, ENTI, after their minuscule 1.03 for 1 forward split so that the company can issue and dump as many shares as possible at the higher prices.

Ask yourself what is the point of a forward split that only gives you 1 share for every 30 shares you own especially when a stock is trading at $.0001/share? The answer is easy. It was all done to lock up the 5 billion plus AVOP shareholders so the company could run their stock manipulation scam.

I see today AVOP put out a new press release trying to encourage investors to look at their stock so they can make as much money off their share dumping stock manipulation scheme as possible.

I hope the SEC will take notice of ENTI, MGRN, and AVOP and the common link between the three companies - Christopher Davies. Hopefully the stock manipulation scheme that all three companies engaged in will spark some interest by the SEC in these companies.
