That was even before Lieberman took over as the CEO.
Looks like the company never moved on from its shady past. Lieberman was involved in MMTE for months while Overcash was still involved.
Now we have to wonder exactly what sort of arrangements have been made between Lieberman and Izzy Goldreich. Maybe Goldreich was very influential in bringing Lieberman on board.
Lieberman doesn't seem to be the straight shooter that people thought he was. We now have new information about his father and his business partners that show that Lieberman may not be so squeaky clean after all and MMTE may still be just as dirty as ever.
Were Overcash's shares really canceled or just transferred to somebody else?
All my initial concerns about this company back in January are now quickly being confirmed.
