It appears that bouncing a number of disgruntled employees was perhaps a necessary part of enabling implementation of the management changes which were required as a part of implementing AS9100 REV C certification plans ?

Maybe unhappy employees would be better off being employed than not... and better off being employed by an AS9100 REV C certified supplier than not ?
