Lesson learned - there is no such thing as an altruistic billionaire. (Did it take a genius to make that statement? HELL, NO!!! - lol) They get there by a lot of brilliance...and a lot of taking advantage of the weak. He got patents likely worth millions (or billions) from a management team that couldn't find their way if it was laid out directly in front of them. And, you know a great deal was cut by Soon-Shiong with Sandell. Management probably got themselves a nice little side deal as well - jmho.
