With options etc, how many shares does this company now have in issue?

Anyone know the exact number and which page of filings, can I find it on please, as I seen to have missed it.

I can see this dropping yet as I think the market is still pricing it on only 200 odd million shares where as I think its more like 600 million but I could be wrong.

Can someone help and clear this up.
