You know what, my hypothetical example of the heater being needed for the 30-ton processor made me piece together what we do know and think one more step ahead.

1. I consider it highly, highly unlikely the heater is being added to the 20-ton processor.

2. If it is being added to the 30-ton processor then it is being added because they need it on the 30-ton processor (i.e. needing it to keep the rate they want for the larger processor).

3. If they need it on the 30-ton processor, then they have built the 30-ton processor and tested it in order to figure out they need a heater on the 30-ton.

The conclusion: The 2nd processor is physically built at this point and functional enough for testing and tweaking. If my logic is true, I consider this good news and informative as to where we are in the NY build-out.

And, BTW, I believe this jives with what was reported from IR as to the 2ond processor being built. Certainly, any IR would report the processor "is being built" until all tweaking is done and it is operating commercially.

So, I believe it is logical to believe the 2nd processor is constructed at this point.

When the tweaking on the 2nd processor is complete, the 3rd will be built.

I will be quite happy if all 30-ton tweaking can be done by end of August and that the 3rd processor can be built and running by the end of September. Maybe it will be sooner, but I am trying to be realistic in the time needed.
