Carefully if you buy into this one. Based on history there is a good chance the stock could be tanking very soon.

# Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 2000 split Pay date=07/15/2010.
# Capital Change=shs decreased by 1 for 3000 split. Pay date=05/04/2011.


4 huge Reverse Splits in the past 2 years! It is obvious that this company has a terrible history of dilution followed by reverse splits.
