here is the problem (short term) as I see it

that SDSS is the only tech that can prevent this stuff is a given

but

SDSS is so small, that they cant have a wide reach and they cant invest much $$$ in marketing, cause they need the cash

so they need more companies and Countries to use the tech so the tech can gain wider exposure

but

because of the sensitive nature of it, MOST Countries and companies never disclose its use

it is MY BELIEF, that should we get one or two NAME COMPANIES associated with the tech

ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE
