Soon-Shiong is worth 5.2 bill. He is associated with Gates and Buffett in their not-for-profit venture. More importantly, he sold not 1, but 2 companies, for more than a bill each (to him) within a 3 yr period. You can find an awful lot on him, but the guy is an MD and a visionary - brilliant guy.

Then, there's the other guy who bought in back in March 2011 (surprised there wasn't as much interest in it then), Thomas Sandell, a hedge fund mgr doing private equity in NY. Although his background is great maybe it's because it isn't as appealing as Soon-Shiong's, who is a proven winner.

Jumped in this morning. Would be nice to know what they know, but quite frankly, with how smart Soon-Shiong is, don't think this poster would understand the intricacies of it anyway : ) although it's clear what he is trying to accomplish if you have read enough about him. Regardless, should be an interesting day tomorrow. Would like to think with these guys involved that it is more than just a momentum play. GLTA.
