As of April 30, 2011, Alpine Pictures, Inc., has entered into a total of eleven Stock Purchase Agreements with a total investment of $162,500 for 6,375,000 common shares. Alpine Pictures, Inc., has also agreed to the conversion of debt into 1,525,000 common shares of the Company. At the present time, the Company will issue a total of 7,900,000 common shares to Alpine Pictures, Inc., once the cease trade orders are lifted.
