Not sure if I'd call that a decent PR, and it was put out by the Singer Children Management Trust trying to strongarm MRVC. So they had 6 million shares bequested to them, big deal. If they don't get a special dividend, they want representation on the board. They could get neither. Might we call this only a stock pump so that they could get more per share when they dump the 6 mill?
