I never stated we were close to a deal with FEMA. It was an initial contact set up by a shareholder with connections. A conference call with some mid to high-level people at FEMA who could seriously start the ball rolling in the company's favor. First impressions were a BIG DEAL in this initial contact, and they left with a very unfavorable view of our company and particularly our CEO.

Other posters have raised questions about how close to a deal we were, and this has driven the assumption I was talking about a FEMA deal that was in the works. I was not.
