This request follows demands that we file 8-K or Audited Financials before updating I-Box than "Goal Post moved" when it was realized that SEC does not accept 8-K filings from Pinksheet companies and the later request of Expensive Audited Financials done primarily by companies uplisting.

When filings are made that will make it official..

PR's or a post do not make it official.

File the 8-K or do an actual audited financial report and there will be changes made to reflect the filings.

This was a response to many shareholders requests after it was requested HFBG update its own website;

midlite, srv said if the website is updated with the new officers, he would put up some updated stickies. he got a bonus with certs on there. no we will see if he stays true to his word.

Days later: "SOS Update proof needed that change "really" happened":

Sorry, but it just reinforces my theory that the DE SOS list of officers hasn't changed and that Calvin is still calling the shots. Truly want to see that list of officers from the SOS. If Calvin is still listed and not Brad and Jessica that means Calvin still has control over the AS. We all know what that would mean too.

That would be the proof needed that change "really" happened. -SRV-90

So I just did a live chat with a DE SOS rep and asked how long it takes to update the officers list for an entity on the DE SOS and the rep stated:

I asked if the officers list is only updated once a year and the rep said YES!..

So, it will literally take that long for Brad to provide a SOS update to us..so in the meantime people will simply have to "believe" their word...lol

Anyone can get a copy of the officers list by sending a request by mail or by fax.

INVESTORS BEWARE: Do your own Due Diligence to confirm what is really going on since changes 3/22/2011. Changes continue to take place and focus on the PAST is no indication of what will happen in future.
There is nothing going to stop us from our new business plan and Distribution and placement of our products. Everything going on now since my appointment 3/22/2011 is very real and Press Releases of real accomplishments will continue after they have been made.
