SEC suspension and no filings for 11 yrs. one would have to think this babies toasted... grey sheets and .0001 is in their future...that is until they get the dreaded order like the rest of the non filers get shortly after hitting the grey sheets here is an example of a recent one

this thing will be lucky to fetch .0001 for a few days before its ultimate demise... the only reasoning that makes sense as to why they didnt 15-12g deregister at some point is it must of been abandoned or given up on...usually due to massive amounts of debt which would make the shell unappealing to anyone deregistered or not... which seems to happen regularly with these stinky pinky's
