After reading egroths latest Mr Ed post, definitely need to extend the time period out to 6 months per rule 144.

If the company that issued the securities is subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, then you must hold the securities for at least six months.

The idea still fits. The 700M shares represents the cash for the deal.
