Richard Bachman, President and Chief Executive Officer: Mr. Bachman is a successful manager with 26 years of experience in mining and mineral exploration including 15 years of international experience in South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. His strengths include designing, implementing and directing successful acquisition and exploration programs throughout the world.Mr. Bachman’s work experience includes 22 years working with Homestake Mining Company in various capacities ranging from exploration to mine operations. Mr. Bachman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Geological Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology and is a Certified Professional Geologist with the American Institute of Professional Geologists.

Brian Cole, PGEO, QP, Director: Brian Cole is a Canadian Certified Professional Geologist with over 29 years of diverse mineral exploration experience in gold, uranium, base metals, and diamonds in many places of the world. Mr. Cole was a staff Geologist for Placer Dome Inc. over 11 years in Canada and East Africa. Following that, Mr. Cole was an Associate Partner in a consulting firm offering project management services and supervised the office in Ghana, West Africa for 3 years. Mr. Cole routinely consults for clients in North and South America and advises in matters of mineral exploration strategy, project management, quality controls, resource estimation, and regularly prepares qualifying reports for securities exchanges on the behalf of his clients.

Kevin J. Pikero is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years experience in commercial finance, accounting and corporate fiscal policy. Mr. Pikero received his Masters Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Bridgeport, CT and has been involved in almost every facet of financial world. Before commencing his private accounting firm, Kevin J. Pikero & Associates Inc., Mr. Pikero has served as a CFO of United American Funding Inc. and VP/Senior Credit Officer/Commercial Finance of several regional banks and credit institutions.


Mustang Geothermal’s management and expert team have over 100 years of combined experience in exploration, mining, development, infrastructure and geothermal energy. The core of the executive team has gained its experience internationally and possess the full gambit of experience in ensuring timely execution – from exploration through to operation. We are focused on advancing the previously unexplored targets identified by our combined set of prospecting tools and exploration experience. We are the exception.
