But this should be no surprise with the downward trending and a fresh base forming. Really looks like a good BUY time has taken shape for a quick flip off the media pump currently in process. While that may sound derogatory, I wouldn't be so certain of that.

Sentiments appear to be developing and growing for the company of recent and most certainly global energy needs warrant the interest and investment and if this were such a lark, I doubt that it would be trading at a quarter. The current value tells me that there is some confidence, though admittedly thin. Financing options on the table tell me that this could go ballistic. While that is forward thinking on my part, that and the sector attract my interest considerably here.
