GREAT NEWS! As many of you know I have been diligently working with an investment firm to facitlitate a large stock purchase transaction of PSPW stock.

They have officially agreed to make an investment and purchase PSPW stock.

The last remaining detail is to decide on how the purchase will be made... on the open market or a private restricted share purchase. I have not been given any indication of which strategy will be taken and I am not privy to the conversations or discussions with PSPW and the Investment Firm. However... I was informed that a decision will be made in July.

Either way it is a win/win situation. A large investment company is willing to put up money to buy the stock at a premium based on current and future value. AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
