Global Holdings, Inc. Enters Into Letter of Intent (LOI) With PURWorld Technologies to Manufacture and Distribute Proprietary Technology

FRISCO, TX, Jun 14, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: GOHG) proudly announces that they have signed a letter of intent (LOI) with PURWorld Technologies to manufacture, distribute and sell VacuClean Technologies.
PURWorld is the proprietary owner of technologies that can treat any and all interior surfaces to effectively kill 99.9 % of all microorganisms (including MRSA, H1N1, and staph) safely and continuously. Their spray-on treatment can be professionally applied (self-application kits will be available soon) to provide sustainable 24/7 coverage to help prevent the spread of disease(s) and improve the cleanliness and quality of any facility's surfaces. This technology is already being effectively applied to sports facilities, locker-rooms, gyms, cars and child safety seats, daycares, and schools. The basic technology was first patented by NASA but has not been made into a commercial, user friendly product until now.

Global Holdings, Inc, will partner with PURWorld in order to manufacture the cleansers, equipment and hire personnel to help boost sales and get this technology into the right consumers' hands. The second phase of the plan is to raise enough capital to market to individuals.
