I expect another pr will be issued later today to clarify what they meant to say in this one.

Unless everyone agrees that they believe that Buff is not the company they have a LOI with.

It sounds to me that an existing pinksheet company must own some of Buff and KGRI's interest would increase as a result of owning that interest.
