No. I have never done anything with Bayside. The CEO/Pres of Bayside was a long time business friend who left me stuck with numerous bills and problems after I did him a favor by letting him put some of his wells in my operating company. He continues to have my name/company on several websties which should not be there. However, my attempts to ask him to delete them has been to no avail.
