Full eMail with Riss

In light of the questions raised on this board, the full email might drive a more complete picture. I have only edited out my direct contact information. Of course read the thread from the bottom up.

I find the email interesting in light of Monday's PR.

Does anyone want to speculate on why Fanning wants MySpace?

Hi Mason,

I have heard from three people today that Fanning and one of his closest friends, Joe Abrams, are very close to purchasing MySpace. Abrams was the co-founder of MySpace and they want it back. We at Pervasip are rooting for them to close the deal. I asked Mr. Fanning about the secrecy of this information today, and he said it was public knowledge that his group is one of the bidders for MySpace. I think that information should answer most of your questions. You can post that since it is public.

As you can see from this link, Abrams is on the NetCapital team.

Interesting that another founder is looking to buy back his company. And there are so many video IP applications that we believe would make MySpace more valuable.

Thank you for your interest in PVSP.

Paul

Good Day Mr. Riss,

The purpose of this brief email is to introduce my self and to get your sense of your excitement about Pervasip's/Vox's pending opportunities.

I have elected to reach out to you based upon my reading the Pervasip message board at InvestorsHub.com and your support of the shareholder community. In writing to you I need to say that I am not looking for any non-public information.

You are quoted as saying that Mr Fanning sees positive longer term opportunities through his investment in Pervasip, a reasonable perspective given his choice to invest in Pervasip. I may have misunderstood, but it seems focused on (1) Vox's highly scalable and capital efficient overlay network design, and (2) Vox's incomparable offering of a VVoIP solution both of which appear to herald the Cloud and Internet2 with IPv6 as an example.

My question centers on: does Mr. Fanning see and does he believe the likes of Facebook and Apple, etc. see the near term and longer term competitive value of side-by-side comparison of your VVoIP performance to the likes of Skype?

Finally, if you choose to respond, are you agreeable to my sharing your response with the iHub message board?

Sincerely,

Mason Ainsworth
