$225,000 is a big junk of change for a company with no revenues and no cash in the bank. It would certainly be an important revelation for shareholders of this stock to know if the matter was indeed settled with no penalties imposed upon the company.
It is also important information for shareholders to know if the matter is ongoing and could still result in a large default payment against the company.
Perhaps this is something shareholders should ask LeClerc to clarify in the conference call.
