I guess you don't comprehend. They did not say it was being submitted. The last letter stated:

"At this time it appears that the submission might be accomplished as early as the end of next week"

How does "might be" mean they submitted it? You have absolutely no idea if they submitted it or not. Correct?

"Financial - They are not going to post it until they are coming out"

Where is the PR that said they are not going to post it?
