the article referenced Berlin Biopower (without the use of the word Laidlaw)...was that an oversight or has the name changed?

Berlin BioPower issued a press release yesterday clarifying that Laidlaw Energy Group no longer has any equity interest in the 75-megawatt biomass plant proposed for Berlin.

Is that a new company and if yes where is it registered?
