Rainmakers Summer Pick #3 DMWK(.013)

This has always been my favorite type of merger play. Done by a guy who has done big deals before. Great find by many here on the board. Really, really like this one a lot. Which is why I added DMWK to PDOS and IFRS as my three going away for the Summer picks.

DMWK UPDATE! Just spoke with the IR guy for MA GALES & CO (owners of DMWK)

Of course he was tight lipped and guarded regarding the information he would give me which would suggest something big is happening. Here are the facts I did manage to get:

He confirmed that Michael Gales is the principal officer of M A Gales and Co and that the company is the owner of DMWK.

He confirmed that as stated in the PR on the website they had plans to put something into the DMWK shell either an "energy/oil services company (as stated in their PR's) or the entire holding company [M.A.GALES&,CO.,INC]" but he would not confirm which and said details are still being hashed out and/or decided and that when they are ready they will put out a PR to the public.

I asked if there was going to be any changes to the share structure ie a reverse split and what he said is there were no plans at this time to recapitalize the share structure of DMWK. So no reverse split any time soon.

He also said that they are planning to uplist and become fully reporting after the reverse merger is finalized.

We talked about how Michael Gales has done a successful startup R/M before with AIRI (his company handled the IR also) he made it seem as if that's exactly what he is doing with DMWK now.

Lastly he said that the company wasn't worried about the C/E on pinksheets right now because they are working on much more important things. He dismissed it as a non issue.

Bottom line here is that we could very well be holding onto a dollar stock and not a penny stock! (this is my opinion of course!)
