Look's as if the Centacom/NHSH merger is being held up, waiting on certified audited finincials. What else could it be?

May 4, 2011 Completion of Merger with American International University and AI Tech Institute



There have been numerous requests to both our office and our Investor Relations department seeking an update on Centacom's pending merger. As Mr. Owens stated on the conference call last week, we have been working to have financials audited prior to our initial launch into the public market; we have paid for this process to be expedited and have been patiently waiting on the CPA to finalize our numbers. Our management team has been informed by the CPA that we will have a definite date for receiving our financials by this upcoming Friday.

Mr. Owens would additionally like to affirm his support of the Quasar Aerospace Industries, Inc. shareholders; despite several threats from an individual claiming to represent Quasar, Centacom has not and will not change its position in regards to the Quasar shareholders. We are continuing to work on all details of the share exchange and legal counsel has been retained specifically to help facilitate this process. Final details will be released following our merger so that any and all shareholders will be able to make an informed decision for themselves.
