Blacksheep..Thanks for the additional information. I agree that a trial is the best shot for anyone holding Mobl. As I have stated earlier, this is a lottery ticket. However, this new lawfirm appears to be quite adept at success in these type of cases. It appears quite clear to me that AT&T wants a trial at this point. That is why they are trying to get Albert Kramer disqualified from the case. Do not see a settlement in the cards unless there is a dramatic change in circumstances. Things may change between now and the trial date; whenever that may be..LOL. One can always file an amended complaint if things change. This trial is not about guilty or innocent, its about how much is AT&T going to pay. THATS THE ISSUE. Anything can happen when you go to trial and often does....BTW how much do you think 12 years of legal fees amounts to...LOL...GLTA
