I Can win the bid on a 250 mil. project,, then i would just get on the phone and set up all the work from start to finish through subcontractors,,, ,, JOB gets finished ,, i get paid 250 mil. ,,, total cost of all the materals and subcontractors is 200 mil..... I profit 50mil. and never have any employees at all.......
