Characterizing the defendant is allowed, I believe.
Following are a few excerpts from Even's own posts, so the jury can gain a better feeling of the defendant's MO and frame of mind. All posts have been taken from the RB/TLNO board. Character assasination is frowned upon here at I-Hub. But since the following posts by the defendant PROVE his constant use of unwarranted character assasination as a method to inflame arguments and have the longs TOS'd, I beg the court's indulgence for a few moments. It should also be stated that the following post are sampled during a time period of only THREE days on RB. Even has been posting in this fashion since March 10, on average 30+ posts per day. And he has never once been suspended, although I have personally TOS'd him five times. Interesting.
