NEW EL JEFE 101 RULE!

Don't load the f'n boat people! Don't buy, and buy, and buy, and buy one stock till you've got millions and millions of shares. This is a recipe for absolute disaster.

I'm going to use a prime example that happened to me once upon a time.

I bought into this stock XXXX at .0007 when I started with pennies because I couldn't get over how great it felt to own 2M shares of a company. It went up to .0016 periodically, and sometimes even .003 and often I sold for a hefty profit. Instead of NOT BEING A COMPLETE DUMB ASS and using those profits elsewhere, I continued to "load the boat"

I made a decent chunk of change on this stock. Until I had 22M shares saved up, the company diluted, diluted again, and again, and the chances of selling 22M shares even over a weeks time was nearly impossible.

The stock went to .0001 and has never recovered. I lost.

So...moral of the story, don't buy more shares in ANY company that you can not liquidate quickly should your your child be held for ransom and you need cash.

ONLY EXEMPTIONS FROM THIS RULE:

At present values, a stock like Bank of America, Citibank, etc. These will only go up.
