I can't believe there is a danger of another r/s at GNTA. I went through one r/s with these guys already. I checked their record for r/s. They did a r/s in 2009 and two r/s in 2010!! Even now there are only 167M shares outstanding. This is dirty pool. I thinking about calling these guys to let them know how I feel about their unethical behavior.
